What we do with your details.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, telephone number if you give one, roughly where the room is, and what you tell us about it.
Why we have it
To answer you, and if the job goes ahead, to quote and to arrange the work. That is the whole of it.
Who else sees it
Nobody. We do not sell, share or pass on enquiry details. The email sits in the workshop inbox with our hosting provider, which is a UK based company.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted after two years. Records for kitchens we have made are kept for seven years, because we are asked about hinges and finishes long after fitting.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no third party tracking. Nothing is embedded from another company, so nothing loads until you ask it to.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@stileandgrain.co.uk and we will do it within a month. If you are unhappy with how we handle it you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
