What we keep, and what we don’t

Kumo is a demonstration site built by Pixel Heaven. It takes no real orders and stores no real customer data. The policy below is the one a live Kumo shop would publish, kept here so the page is complete rather than a placeholder.

What we would collect

• Order details: name, delivery address, email, and what you bought.
• Payment is handled by the card processor. We never see or store card numbers.
• Anything you write to us in an email or a contact form.

Cookies

This page and the hero it sits behind set no analytics or advertising cookies. A live shop would use one session cookie to remember your basket, and nothing would be loaded from a third party until you asked for it.

Who else sees it

The card processor, the courier, and the email host. Nobody else, and never a data broker.

How long we keep it

Order records for six years, because HMRC asks for them. Letter sign-ups until you unsubscribe, which is one click at the bottom of every letter.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold, ask for it back, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and you will get an answer within a month. If we get it wrong, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
